How do I create a Best Cleaning Company Account?

When you create a booking, an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password and you are good to go!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes! We only bring the BEST for you. We use the same effective and safe solutions used in four and five star hotels. Our supplies and equipment are top notch and tailored to the needs of your home. All we ask that you provide is a toilet scrubber for each bathroom (to avoid cross-contamination) and trash bags so we can re-line them.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely. Simply include a description of your request in the “Special Instructions” section of the booking form or give us a call at 970-528-BEST.

Manage Your Account

How do I log into my account?

Go to our login page through the website and enter your email/username and password. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to email or call us at any time.

How do I change or reset my password?

You have the ability to change or reset your password by logging into your account.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking or feel free to give us a call at 970.528.BEST and we can update the address for you.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Additionally, feel free to email us at [email protected] or call us at 970.528.BEST any time!

Pricing & Policies

How much will it cost?

Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and size of the home. On the booking form, select the options that best describe your home and the price will automatically calculate and show on the website.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, we will send someone to come back and clean anything missed at no charge.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, we will send someone to come back and clean anything missed free of charge. If you are still unsatisfied after our re-clean is completed, we will offer you a full refund.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Yes you can! Simply enter your coupon or gift card code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically update to reflect your coupon or gift card.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

We only hire the BEST. All of our professional cleaners are interviewed and in-person and undergo a detailed background check.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong, we will make it right. We promise! Just shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you ASAP. You can also call us at 970-528-BEST.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We take security very seriously and have implemented security measures to ensure the safety of your data. Our entire website is protected by extended validation SSL and our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and they are layered with their own 256 security protocol. No credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. All of our cleaning professionals undergo a FCRA compliant background check during our pre-screening process.

Are you bonded & insured?

Yes! All of our professional cleaners are bonded and insured, so rest assured that your home is in the BEST hands.
